If a customer engages our Vehicle Search service then Personal Automotive warrants to use its best endeavours to find the appropriate vehicle however no guarantees are made that the vehicle can be found for a lower price than another car dealer may offer. However, Personal Automotive does warrant that it will be able to find the vehicle for a price lower than the normal retail value. |

Personal Automotive warrants to use its best endeavours to assist any customer who attempts to sell his or her car through this service. If a suitable buyer cannot be found then when a reasonable period of time has passed Personal Automotive will make an offer to buy the car at a reasonable price. |

If a customer engages in the Vehicle Search service then a fee will be payable up-front by any of the normal means. Upon receipt of payment Personal Automotive will use its best endeavours to locate the required vehicle for customer purchase. |

If Personal Automotive cannot find a suitable seller then the consultancy fee referred to in paragraph 4 above will be refunded, less any expenses incurred. |

Any warranties for vehicles purchased through Personal Automotive are relevant only to manufacture and dealer warranties where the vehicle was purchased. |

Personal Automotive does not warrant that any of the services provided through this website will be error free or free of any virus or other harmful components. Under no circumstances will Personal Automotive be responsible for a direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage suffered as a result of anything contained in this paragraph. |
